1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The mosquito zapper must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. How does the electric mosquito zapper work?
Our zappers use a high-voltage electric grid. When a mosquito or insect touches the grid, it completes the circuit and is instantly eliminated with a satisfying “zap” sound.
6. Is it safe to use around children and pets?
Yes, when used responsibly. The electric grid is protected by an outer safety mesh. We recommend keeping it out of reach of small children and not letting pets play with it. Always turn it off when not in use.
7. What kind of battery does it use?
Most models are USB rechargeable with built-in lithium batteries. A USB charging cable is included. Some models also support AA batteries as backup.
8. How long does the battery last?
On a full charge, most zappers can be used for 4–8 hours continuously, depending on the model and usage frequency. Exact battery life is listed on each product page.
9. Are the zappers effective against mosquitoes?
Yes. They are very effective against mosquitoes, flies, gnats, moths, and other small flying insects. Best results are achieved in low-light conditions where insects are attracted to the light.
10. Can I use it indoors?
Yes. It is safe for indoor use in homes, offices, and bedrooms (turn off when not actively using). It is also excellent for patios, balconies, and camping.
11. How do I clean the zapper?
Turn off and unplug the device. Use a small brush or compressed air to gently remove dead bugs from the grid. Never rinse with water. Detailed cleaning instructions are included.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my zapper arrives damaged or doesn’t work?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
